Through the graduation survey, we seek to learn your opinion about your education and your professional perspectives. Your feedback helps us build a better university.
All graduates of each degree program awarded by UTEC are required to complete the survey. The survey is a prerequisite for the issuance of the degree; therefore, it is mandatory for the graduation process to be completed.
You will need to complete the survey once you begin the graduation application process. You will receive an email indicating the established deadline and providing access to the system. The graduation query provides access to the basic data of your degree, such as the graduation date, the graduate’s identity document, among other details, which are issued in the Academic Management System (SGA) once the graduation process has been initiated and completed.
You will be able to access the query once the code generated by the SGA at the time of degree issuance has been assigned. Degree codes are unique and will be managed by the graduate. Any person who has the degree code will also be able to consult the degree via the website and the app.
