Tasting with Consumers: Help Us Improve the Flavor of Our Apples
UTEC's Bachelor's Degree in Food Analysis will conduct an evaluation of different apple varieties to determine which attributes are most valued by Uruguayan consumers. The public is invited to participate in the tasting and help improve the flavor of Uruguayan apples.
