The Bachelor's Degree in Food Analysis trains professionals for the food and derivatives industry of the country with skills to undertake innovation and development projects in the sector, which allows the graduate to project in the workplace where they will develop their social and productive activity.
The Bachelor's degree trains professionals for the industry, ranging from the basic processes of food, water and derivatives, as well as the physical and operational controls of the process, in the last section the focus is on the food area, emphasizing the controls necessary for the production of food for domestic consumption and export, under current regulations, considering environmental impacts, certifications and authorizations necessary to determine that a food is suitable for human consumption.
Design and innovation are always present in the career, we approach the area of agri-food, water and beverages, honey technology and derivatives, cereal technology, horticulture, oenology and technology and science of brewing during the educational trajectory.

En el caso de aquellas carreras que no poseen límite de cupos para el ingreso o cuyos cupos no son superados en el primer período de preinscripciones, se abre una nueva instancia en el período enero-febrero.
