The Cybersecurity Bootcamp is an intensive, hands-on training program designed to prepare individuals to face today’s digital security challenges. Over the course of 16 weeks, it covers key topics such as networks, servers, pentesting, cyber intelligence, national and international regulations, and risk management, combining theory with real-world scenarios and industry-standard tools like NMAP, Wireshark, and Metasploit.
The program is aimed both at those looking to get started in the field and at those seeking to strengthen their technical and strategic skills in cybersecurity.
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a personal computer capable of running virtual machines and specialized tools.
Access to an internet connection.
Availability to dedicate at least 20 hours per week over a period of 16 weeks.
Basic computer knowledge, including operating systems handling and navigation in digital environments.
No prior technical training is required, although interest and motivation to learn in an intensive and collaborative environment are highly valued.
Additionally, as part of the admission process, a pre-selection stage is conducted, which may include interviews, forms, or activities to assess commitment and suitability for the program profile.
Upon completion of the bootcamp, graduates will be able to:
Identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications using tools such as NMAP and Wireshark.
Implement and manage security measures in cloud environments and servers.
Conduct audits and apply international cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, ENS).
Develop cyber intelligence strategies using OSINT techniques.
Apply best practices in risk management and data protection (DPL).
In addition, they will develop transversal skills such as:
Self-regulated learning.
Teamwork.
Effective communication.
Critical thinking for problem-solving.
The program is delivered in a virtual format, except for the opening and closing events, which will be held in a hybrid format at ANDA.
Students attend live (synchronous) classes three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. In addition, they are expected to dedicate approximately 13 to 20 hours per week to asynchronous activities.
The training program is free of charge and offers 23 available spots.
An admission process will be carried out, which includes a logical reasoning test, completion of prework activities, and personal interviews. The following prioritization criteria will be applied to allocate the available spots:
Territorial diversity: priority will be given to applicants from different departments in the interior of the country (priority departments: Artigas, Treinta y Tres, Canelones, Colonia, Maldonado).
Gender equity: a minimum of 40% women is sought.
Motivation and commitment: applications that demonstrate genuine interest, willingness to learn, and clarity regarding personal or professional goals will be especially valued.
Prior education or related experience: under equal conditions, preference will be given to applicants with basic knowledge in related areas (IT, networks, technical support, etc.).
Time availability and technical conditions: applicants must have the necessary equipment and sufficient time to meet the demands of the bootcamp.
To pre-register, you must complete the form available on the ANDA website
