Research and Innovation Group in Green Hydrogen and Electromobility

The Research and Innovation Group in Green Hydrogen and Electromobility mission is to conduct research and develop technologies for the production of green hydrogen as a dispatchable source in electric systems and to integrate it into light and medium electromobility solutions. It also studies the necessary electric infrastructure for the charging of electric vehicles. To achieve these goals, the group addresses both internally and externally funded projects with theoretical and applied significance.

  1. Simulation and development of hydrogen generation, storage, electrolysis, and usage systems
  2. Production, compression, and application of green hydrogen and its derivatives
  3. Integration of hydrogen into electric systems and electromobility
  4. Infrastructure and charging systems for electric vehicles, with a focus on renewable sources
  5. Impact of electromobility on power grids and system operation
  6. Evaluation and development of technical standards for hydrogen and electromobility
