The accessibility workshop for UTEC faculty and staff will cover alternative text and image descriptions, two key elements for improving accessibility.

The main topics will include:

• What is alternative text, how to write it, and when to use it.
• What are image descriptions, how to write them, and when to use them.
• Setting up alternative text in Moodle, EDU, and social media platforms.

This workshop is organized by the Digital Inclusion Program of the Digital Transformation Center.
